Let's look at the Greenhills Charter of 1988. Hey fellow Democrats! Go to Conway Greene website, choose municipalities: Greenhills, and look for executive sessions. In the verbiage of "executive seesions" there is a vilolation of Ohio sunshine laws. The Greenhills council says they can meet for planning, real estate and land discussions. Unless it is for contracts and bids, it is against Ohio Sunshine Laws. The Greenhills Charter has not been reviewed in many years....I think since 1988 by a charter committee. The charter committee cannot be just the council!



Our new village manager wants transparency she says. Well, maybe this should be something we bring up to her. There are discussions behind closed doors which do not bring anything to light when it pertains to a master plan. I will ask...Do you (the reader) know the master plan?

It has been stated in council that the only plan is in coucil members' heads. Well, I wish they would share that with us because we do not know the fate of the real estate, the land, and the planning of this village.

Greenhills Council Retreat

Today is the day for Village Council to hold their retreat at Malloy's - starts at 8:30am. They have devoted 1.5 hours to executive session discussion of Real Estate. Hmmmmmmmmm?? Also 1.5 hours are set aside for executive session Personnel Matters. Hmmmmmmmm??
